QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Ask a Question
  • Should I go with a propane or natural gas fire pit?

It is all up to you. Propane fire pits are simple to use and require little to no set up before you can enjoy them. Make sure there are no leaks, and then turn it on by attaching a propane tank to the fire pit, which is small and portable. Natural gas fire pits are an excellent option for homeowners who want a permanent fire element in their backyard. It is necessary to permanently install a gas line in order to use the facility.

  • How long does it take for it to cool down?

It all relies on the type of fuel you've used. Charcoal will take more than few hours. As a general rule, we recommend dousing it in water until it is completely cooled.
