  • Description
  • American Fire Glass - S.I.T. System - Standard Capacity (290k BTU/hr) - Natural Gas

Our Smart Ignition Technology consists of a Hot Surface Ignition control that electronically opens and closes the gas valve. It also features a thermopile with automatic flame sensor for additional safety.

Smart Ignition Technology brings a reliable mix of cutting edge technology and advanced safety measures to offer a simple and quick solution to igniting your gas fire pit.

    Specifications

    • Heavy-Duty Construction: The 316 marine grade stainless steel control box safely houses the electronic components to withstand the elements in some of the most extreme wind, rain, and other inclement weather.
    • Automatic Flame Sensors: The unit operates on 24 VAC to start the hot surface igniter, which ignites the pilot light. After the pilot is lit, the thermocouple senses the heat & transfers the electronic signal to open the main gas valve.
